1) Planning and organizing the Operation and Maintenance Organizations including O&M contractor, and recruiting the staff for Operation and Maintenance during the plant construction phase. 2) Preparation of the procedures and manuals for the Operation and Maintenance work including Health & safety, Environment protections and any necessary documentations. 3) Making the Fuel procurement plan and strategies from the plant construction phase. 4) Support the commissioning, start-up, reliability testing, performance testing, and acceptance procedures of the plant done by the plant EPC contractor. 5) Operation & maintenance planning and management work after starting the commissioning and commercial operations. 6) Coordinate and discussion with any authorities, EVN and EVN related companies, EPC contractor, O&M contactor, fuel supplier and erex headquarter office closely. 7) Prepare the reports, meeting minutes and other documents in English and Vietnamese. 8) Support technical due diligence and information requests from lenders, technical advisors, insurers, and other project-finance-related parties.
Yêu cầu
1) Professional qualification with bachelor/master’s degree. - Experience for the plant operation management. - Experience in Similar Work: 10 years as minimum. 2) Previous experience in thermal power plant operations is an advantage. 3) A strong sense of responsibility, with fundamental management skills, solid operational knowledge, and a proactive approach to plant operations. 4) Strong competencies in technical coordination, problem-solving, schedule management, and stakeholder communication. 5) Experience working in an international business environment. Proficiency in business English, with the ability to review technical documentation, participate in meetings, and prepare reports in English. A TOEIC score of 600 or above is required.

- Salary: 60～100 M VND/month.
